Nyadi Hydropower IPO Result: Check IPO Allotment Status
The Initial Public Offering IPO result of Nyadi Hydropower Limited has been distributed, today.
Nyadi Hydropower Limited issued 2,250,000 units of IPO worth Rs 66 crore from Asoj 15-19.
A total of 2,357,166 applicants (Rejected, Disqualified and Valid) had applied for 29,477,650 units.
Due to the oversubscription of the issue, the IPO was allotted according to a lottery following which 202,250 applicants received 10 units each.
Of the total offered units worth Rs 22.5 crore, two per cent amounting to 40,000 units of shares have been set aside for the employees of the company and five per cent has been set aside for mutual funds. The remaining 2,092,500 units were offered to the general public.
Nyadi Hydropower has appointed Global IME Capital Limited as its IPO issuance manager.

Nyadi had issued 1.5 million units share for the project-affected areas and 300,000 units share for the company’s employees in the first phase from Bhadra 1 to 15.
Global IME Capital, the company IPO issue manager, has stated that the same shares will be distributed today. The locals of Marsyangdi village municipality wards 3, 6, 7, and 8 of Lamjung district were allotted 500,000 shares, and locals living in other areas of Lamjung district were allotted 1 million shares.
