Samling Power Company IPO Result: IPO Allotment
The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Samling Power Company has been distributed, today.
Samling Power Company had issued 7,30,000 units of IPO worth Rs 73 crore from Kartik 4 to kartik 8.
A total of 2,265,698 applicants (Rejected, Disqualified and Valid) had applied for 2,69,33,500 units..
Due to the oversubscription of the issue, the IPO was allotted according to a lottery following which 67,890 lucky applicants received 10 units each.
Of the total offered units worth Rs 73 crore, two percent amounting to 14,600 units of shares have been set aside for the employees of the company and five percent has been set aside for mutual funds. The remaining 678,900 shares were offered to the general public.
Samling Power Company has appointed Nepal SBI merchant banking Capital Limited as its IPO issuance manager.
