Sudurpaschim Province Vacancy for Health Service
(First notice published on 2077/06/21) For the following posts in the Ministry of Social Development, Far Western Provinces, hospitals and offices in the health service until the technical staff is filled by the Public Service Commission or permanent staff transfer by the Government of Nepal to be hired on service contract. This information has been published for the information of all the eligible Nepali citizens who have submitted the application within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication (2077/06/27) till 5:00 pm.
Qualification:
A. Must be a Nepali citizen.
B. Minimum Eligibility: To be a candidate for the above mentioned posts, one should have fulfilled the qualification prescribed by the Government of Nepal for the posts belonging to the concerned group and sub-group as per Schedule-6 of the Nepal Health Service Regulations, 2055.
C. A short list will be prepared for the candidates of 4th and 5th tier posts on the basis of educational qualification and experience in the related field and will be included in the selection process.
D. Age limit: Must have completed 21 years of age and not reached 45 years of age for officer level and 18 years of age and not less than 45 years of age for assistant level.
E. Registration and renewal should also be done in the concerned business council. Must be disqualified by current law.
F. Must have at least 5 years of experience at the official level of the relevant field in case of ninth level officer.
Application Procedure: Eligible Interested Candidates should submit the application form through the Ministry’s email mosdvac.officer@gmail.com (for official level post) mosdvac.assista gmail.com (for Assistant level post). Application Form Website http: // can be obtained from mosd.p7.gov.np/. There is no application fee. Only applications sent via email will be included in the selection process. Application Date: Applications must be submitted by email within 7 days from the date of advertisement. If the last day of application is a public holiday, the application can be submitted by email until the next day. No action will be taken on overdue applications. Documents to be attached with the application: Passport size photo (1 copy) affixed in the space provided in the application form, personal details of the candidate (CV), copy of last educational qualification certificate, copy of certificate registered with the concerned council (including renewal), copy of experience certificate and Nepali Scanned copies of citizenship certificates must be submitted via email.
Selection Process: Far Western Province will be in accordance with the “Criteria for Recruitment of Physicians and Health Workers in Contract Services, 2077” approved by the Ministry of Social Development.
Service Facilities: The selected doctors and health workers can be deployed in the designated bodies, offices and hospitals. Remuneration will be as per the rules of the state government and other service facilities and conditions as mentioned in the agreement. 6. Information regarding the date of Virtual Interview will be made public on the website of this Ministry http://mosd.p7.gov.np/. Virtual Interview ID and Password will be informed via email to the shortlisted candidates. If the candidate and other documents submitted in the virtual interview are found to be false, action will be taken as per the prevailing rules.
