1. Corporate Position: Junior Assistant to Senior Assistant (7)

• Education:
  At least a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Management, Finance, Economics, or Accounting from a recognized University.
• Experience:
  At least one year of experience in Nepalese Merchant Bank, Bank and Financial Institution, Capital Market, or Audit Firm for applying to Junior Assistant and Assistant levels.
  At least two years of experience in Nepalese Merchant Bank, Bank and Financial Institution, Capital Market, or Audit Firm for applying to the Senior Assistant level. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Nepalese Capital Market.
• Age:
  Not exceeding 35 years as of December 18, 2024.
• Department:
  Mutual Fund Operation, RTA/RTS, Accounts & Finance, Issue Management, DP, Receptionist. Placement shall be made in a similar department as per the candidate’s past work experience.

2. Corporate Position: Supervisor to Senior Officer (4)

• Education:
  At least a Master’s Degree or CA/ACCA/CFA with a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Legal, Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Taxation from a recognized University/Institution.
• Experience:
  At least four years of experience in Nepalese Merchant Bank, Bank and Financial Institution, Capital Market, or Audit Firm. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Nepalese Capital Market.
• Age:
  Not exceeding 40 years as of December 18, 2024.
• Department:
  Investment Banking, Compliance, Accounts & Finance, Issue Management. Placement shall be made in a similar department as per the candidate’s past work experience.

• Candidates should clearly specify their personal and professional details, name of the organization they are working at present, and current corporate position.
• Candidates are not encouraged to apply for more than one position higher than their current corporate position.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection processes.
• Educational qualifications of the candidate shall be given secondary importance in case they hold considerable years of relevant experience.
