Type and basis of examination: Minimum educational qualification will be 60 marks and interview will be 40 marks Only candidates shortlisted on the basis of minimum educational qualifications will be eligible to participate in the interview.
Place and time of the interview: The place and time of the interview will be specified at the time of publication of the short list information. Basis for Posting: Postings will be made in the bodies / offices designated by the Ministry of Social Development on the basis of the qualifications obtained in the final result.
Contract period: Maximum 2 years, not exceeding 6 months at a time
Minimum qualifications and service facilities:
(1) Engineer
• Required minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized educational institution
A Nepali citizen who has passed the same, is registered with the Nepal Engineering Council, has not been disqualified for government service as per the prevailing law, and has not been appointed as a volunteer in the National Development Volunteer Service before.
Monthly subsistence allowance: Rs. 25,000 / – and festival expenses Rs. 6,000 / – per annum
(2) Sub Engineer
• Required Minimum Qualification: Must be a Nepali citizen who has passed Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized educational institution or equivalent, is not disqualified for government service as per prevailing law, has not previously been appointed as a volunteer in National Development Volunteer Service.
• Monthly subsistence allowance: Rs. 20,000 / – and festival expenses Rs. 6,000 / – per annum. .
. (3) Assistant STEM volunteers
• Required Minimum Qualification: Bachelor of Science in a recognized educational institution or equivalent
Must be a Nepali citizen who has passed, has not been disqualified for government service as per the prevailing law, has not been appointed as a volunteer in the National Development Volunteer Service before.
• Monthly subsistence allowance: Rs. 22,000 / – and festival expenses Rs. 6,000 / – per annum
(4) Computer operator
Required Minimum Qualifications: Must have passed basic level training in computer subject by passing proficiency certificate level or similar from a recognized educational institution, not disqualified for government service as per prevailing law, not previously employed as a volunteer in National Development Volunteer Service.
Monthly Subsistence Allowance: Rs. 17,000 / – and Festival Expenses Rs. 6,000 / – per annum
(5) Innovation volunteers
• Required Minimum Qualification: Must have a master’s degree in science from a recognized educational institution or equivalent, not disqualified for government service as per prevailing law, must be a Nepali citizen who has not previously been appointed as a volunteer in the National Development Volunteer Service.
• Monthly subsistence allowance: Rs. 35,000 / – and festival expenses Rs. 6,000 / – per annum
(6) Ayurveda Physician
• Required Minimum Qualification: In Ayurveda Medical Science from a recognized educational institution
Must be a Nepali citizen who has graduated and is registered with the concerned council, has not been disqualified for government service as per the prevailing law, has not been appointed as a volunteer in the National Development Volunteer Service before.
• Monthly subsistence allowance: Rs. 35,000 / – and festival expenses Rs. 6,000 / – per annum
(7) Kaviraj
• Minimum Qualification Required: Three years in Ayurveda Medicine from a recognized educational institution
Must be a Nepali citizen who has passed the diploma level and registered with the concerned council, has not been disqualified for government service as per the prevailing law, and has not been appointed as a volunteer in the National Development Volunteer Service before.
• Monthly subsistence allowance: Rs. 20,000 / – and festival expenses Rs. 6,000 / – per annum
(8) AHV
• Required Minimum Qualification: Must be a Nepali citizen who has passed CMA or TSLC in health subject from a recognized educational institution and is registered in the concerned council, not disqualified for government service as per prevailing law, not previously appointed as a volunteer in National Development Volunteer Service.
• Monthly subsistence allowance: Rs. 17,000 / – and festival expenses Rs. 6,000 / – per annum
(9) ANM
• Required Minimum Qualification: Passed TSLC in Nursing from a recognized educational institution
Must be a Nepali citizen registered with the concerned council, not disqualified for government service as per prevailing law, not previously appointed as a volunteer in the National Development Volunteer Service.
Monthly subsistence allowance: Rs. 17,000 / – and festival expenses Rs. 6,000 / – per annum
(10) H.A.
• Required minimum qualifications: Proficiency in medical science from a recognized educational institution
Passed the certificate level and registered in the concerned council, government according to the prevailing law

Must be a Nepali citizen who has not been disqualified for service, has not previously been appointed as a volunteer in the National Development Volunteer Service.

(11) Medical Officer
Minimum Qualifications Required: Must be a Nepali citizen who has passed the bachelor’s degree in medical science from a recognized educational institution and is registered in the concerned council, not disqualified for government service as per prevailing law, and has not been appointed as a volunteer in the National Development Volunteer Service before.

(12) Teacher (mathematics)
• Required minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related subject from a recognized educational institution
