Central Finance Limited, national level, “C” Class licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, invites applications from highly motivated, skilled, dynamic, self-driven and qualified Nepalese citizens for the following branches: Upcoming: Itahari, Birtamod, Birgunj Existing: Inside & Outside Kathmandu Valley

Branch In charge (Officer Level)

. Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant subject, master degree preferred,

• Experience in BFIs is mandatory,

• Ability to check credit histories, assess risk and make decisions on lending,

• Ability to lead and motivate a team

, • Have a confident and assertive manner,

• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines,

• Ability to develop and meet targets.

Credit Department (Officer to Assistant Level)

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects

, • Experience in BFIs is preferred,

• Ability to check credit analysis & histories, assess risk and make decisions on lending,

• Age not exceeding 30 years.

Operation Department Officer to Assistant Level)

Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects,

• Proficiency in computer operation required,

• Experience in BFIs is preferred,

• Age not exceeding 30 years. IT Department (Supervisor to Assistant Level)

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in IT,

• Experience with MS SQL databases,

• Experience in BFIs is preferred,

• Age not exceeding 30 years.

Legal Department (Officer to Assistant Level)

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law,

• Experience in BFIs is preferred,

• Age not exceeding 40 years.

Candidates are expected to be proficient in both written and spoken English/Nepali with excellent marketing, communication and interpersonal skills and be a computer literate with working knowledge.
