Samriddhi Finance Company Limited, a National Level Finance Company with its Head Office in Hetauda, is looking for young, dynamic and result oriented Nepalese Citizens for upcoming branches.

1.Assistant Branch Manager (Sr. Assistant to Jr.Officer) – Hetauda Branch, Few for other Branches

Education and Qualification: For Senior Assistant

• Minimum 10+2 and Bachelors’ Degree in Management/Economics.

For Junior Officer . Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Management/Economics.

Job Specifications:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in any NRB licensed Bfls.

• Preference shall be given to those candidates having banking experience as an

Assistant Branch Manager.

Strong technical understanding of the banking operation, credit & deposit. Good knowledge on banking software (PUMORI).

• Excellent communication skills.

• Having valid two wheelers driving license.

• Having sound knowledge of overall Branch Handling

• Age limit: For Senior Assistant

+ Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.

For Junior Officer

. + Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 45 years.

2. Jr. Assistant/Assistant – Few (Outside valley)

Education and Qualification: Minimum 10+2 and Bachelors’ Degree in Management/ Economics.

Job Specifications: . Good communication skills with the ability to delight customers with personalized service.

• Able to adjust and adapt in new environment.

• Having prior work experience would be an added advantage. • Having good sense of customer service & compliance.

• Having valid two wheelers driving license.

Age limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.
