Information on filling up the online form to attend the 46th Convocation

To attend the 46th Convocation Ceremony organized by Tribhuvan University. According to the semester and annual examination system from June 15, 2019 to June 14, 2019, according to the semester and annual examination system, undergraduate, postgraduate and M.Phil. This information has been published for the information of all the interested students to fill the online form through the website of the Examination Control Office.

Method of filling the application form and required documents

The application form placed on the website of the TRI Examination Control Office: tuconvocation.tuexam.edu.np should be filled by the applicant himself and submitted through the same website. The application form can be filled from any place with internet facility at any time on specified days.

(Website Online Form will be available only from 17th October 2020 to 16th November 2020).

It is also informed that the form can be filled at any time only within that period. The amount should have been deposited in the bank by November 15, 2020. The online form will automatically close after November 16, 2020.

When filling the online application form, MRP size photo, citizenship certificate or passport and trascriptn should be scanned and uploaded.

After filling the online form, all the PDF documents received by e-mail should be printed and saved.

After the publication of the information on the detailed program related to the graduation ceremony, when you come to get the gown/scarf, you have to print the PDF documents received through email and submit it to the designated branch of the Examination Control Office.

Concerned students who want to attend the graduation ceremony will have to file the following fees.

Up to two parents can be involved in the graduation ceremony. If a parent is involved in the graduation ceremony, an additional fee of Rs. 300 per parent will be charged (non-refundable).

The fee as mentioned above Nepal VAC Ltd. (Account No.04500100099110000016) or Global IME VAC Ltd. (Account No. 0501010000389).

You will need to include your TU Registration Number, Name and Grace Number in the voucher. Grace Number can be found by visiting tuconvocation.tuexam.com.

You must obtain a Transaction ID when paying the fee. The graduation form can be filled only by entering the Transaction ID.
